We are currently seeking a A Specialist- Project Manager to join our team in Neuilly-sur-Seine and support the successful execution of fragrance development projects for our customers.
The points on which You will make a differenceYou will play a key role in managing fragrance development projects while ensuring excellent customer service and internal coordination. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating multiple fragrance development projects from brief to submission.
- Acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, including Perfumery, Scent Design, Marketing, Laboratory, Production, Customer Service, and Operations.
- Organizing and preparing client meetings, presentations, samples, blotters, submission documents, and supporting materials.
- Providing day-to-day support to customers regarding pricing, samples, shipments, technical documentation, and project updates.
- Managing project administration activities, including project creation, submissions, reworks, deadlines, stability requests, pricing updates, and SAP entries.
- Maintaining project records and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the development process.
- Ensuring data integrity across systems and databases, including SAP, Business Warehouse, price lists, sales reporting tools, and fragrance references.
- Supporting regulatory and toxicology activities by coordinating safety documentation, maintenance projects, and compliance-related updates.
- Ensuring customer portfolios remain aligned with industry regulations and IFF standards.
You bring strong coordination and organizational capabilities and thrive in a fast-paced customer-focused environment. You also have:
- 2+ years of experience in the fragrance industry or a related sector.
- Excellent project coordination, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
- Experience managing several projects simultaneously while meeting challenging deadlines.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Proficiency with business systems and tools, ideally including SAP.
