What This Position Is All About:
The Specialist, Project Management for Saks OFF 5TH oversees project management of the fast track process while providing support with the digital monthly content process.
 

As the Specialist, Project Management you will:

• Campaign Management & Process Coordination

• Create and maintain weekly project schedules for a digital fast track process including marketing emails, site content, organic social and paid media.

• Actively manage the digital fast track & change requests, post acceptance, create and revise schedules and go live dates as needed. Proactively communicate any impacts to timelines with internal stakeholders

• Pre-Production - Ensure brands and promos are confirmed while identifying how the product will be shot.

• Production - Work with Art Directors & Retouching to ensure images are received in accordance to the timeline on a fast track timeline.

• Post Production - Track the creative asset development process. Responsible for obtaining and circulating creative for sign-off in a timely manner

• Identify red flags and resolve impediments to task completion

• Support the Sr. Digital Project Manager throughout the Monthly Content Process.

• Ensure deliverables meet project requirements

• Communicate any process changes, tool updates, training, and timing for implementation, as required

• Production Support

• Coordinate tasks and traffic updates with assorted teams including marketing, digital strategy, creative, tech and site experience.

• Devote appropriate attention to all responsibilities, follow through consistently and be willing to accept ultimate responsibility; take positive action to meet growing responsibility.

You Also Have:

• Bachelors’ degree required

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

• Strong attention to detail

• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of digital media project workflow, processes, and best practices

• Proficient with MS Office Suite, GSuite, collaboration tools, workflow management tools

• Understanding digital production processes + site validation

• Familiarity with Wrike is a plus
