The 'Business Intelligence' division at Mastercard is responsible for providing unique, actionable business intelligence insights leveraging Mastercard's proprietary data to deliver analytics at scale to our principle partners. Our goal is to deliver an exceptional all-in-one platform experience, leveraging big data analytics, best-in-class software engineering, and proprietary analytic techniques to enable differentiated and actionable insights for our customers. MasterCard Data & Services is seeking an accomplished Specialist, Product Manager to support the evolution of its Mastercard Intelligence Center products. These products are at the heart of a world-class analytics eco-system built on a universe of behavioral data. They help everyday business users to make smarter data-driven decisions which move the needle on business performance. Translate a deep understanding of our customers into products and solutions that drive significant customer value
Balance the long-term direction of a product with today's needs and constraints by fully understanding the technical, competitive, and commercial contexts of our products
Act as connectors to ensure the commercial success of our products by working with Sales and Marketing while ensuring technical success through close partnership with Technology teams
Drive globally-relevant solutions by understanding regional needs and tradeoffs, and build scalable products that serve an array of customer segments
Set product direction with coordination, not isolation-taking into account how our products all work together to serve customer needs
Job Overview:
Support product operations and enhancement workstreams. Product operations includes go to market planning, user onboarding, general upkeep and platform maintenance, feedback collection, usage analysis, feedback and usage reporting, collaboration with regional product and delivery teams, platform enhancements etc.
Automate recurring processes with AI agents
Simplify feedback collection, reporting, feedback planning with AI based workflows
Coordinate product discussions on feedback and usage within product team, regional product teams and other stakeholders
Prioritize features, own sprint planning and backlog review processes, and contribute to quarterly feature prioritization exercises. Directly partner with engineering to support feature development for new enhancements.
Monitor specific product performance metrics at all stages of the product life cycle, and make recommendations regarding solutions to issues
Support global product management team efforts with analytically-driven input into strategic business plans and product roadmaps
Manage JIRA tickets, including product support requests and bug resolution
Coordinate across cross-functional teams for product sales, usage and continuous product enhancement
Build strong working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to achieve product goals
All About You
Agile product management experience in analytical products and business intelligence solutions (Confluence, Jira, etc.)
Support production operations efforts including client onboarding, feedback collection, feedback and usage reporting, feedback planning and feeding it back into the product lifecycle
Invoking AI agentic capabilities into product development and feedback cycles.
Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to customers and internal stakeholders
Experience gathering user feedback and working closely with UX design and engineering
Analytical, solutions-oriented skillset with the ability to drive thought leadership to solve complex and ambiguous problems
Keen understanding of competitive offerings and industry trends in the self-service analytics space, and the ability to translate that understanding into meaningful actions and enhancements
Proven track record collaborating in cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding products and features
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interface with clients
Highly organized and able to deal with multiple and competing priorities
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, data science, information technology, or equivalent work experience
Knowledge / Experience:
2-4 years related work experience, preferably in Financial Services
Experience in product management, product development, data science, data engineering, and/or project management desirable
Skills/ Abilities:
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS office.
Experience working on GitHub co-pilot, MS co-pilot
Ability to write prompts and create workflows with co-pilot
SQL coding experience (Basic)
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, planning and follow-up skills
Strong analytical skills desirable
Business Acumen with the ability to provide solutions that drive positive results to the customer and MasterCard
