The Team
The Tommy Hilfiger EMEA E-commerce team drives the brand’s digital business across the region, covering Tommy.com and key marketplace partners such as Zalando, About You, and ASOS. The team manages commercial, operational, and digital functions to deliver a premium online experience.
Within this structure, the Product Launch team ensures all seasonal and in-season launches go live on time, with complete, accurate, and compliant product data. The team plays a key role in maintaining data integrity across systems and ensuring every product is ready for consumer interaction across owned and marketplace channels.
The Position
As Specialist – Product Launch (Marketplaces), you will support the end-to-end product onboarding process for marketplace partners, ensuring products go live on time with complete and accurate data. Working closely with internal and external teams, you will manage product data flow across systems, maintain data governance, and troubleshoot data quality issues to support commercial readiness.
You will act as a key contact for marketplace onboarding within the Product Launch team, contributing to data process improvements, automation, and enhanced partner collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main stakeholder for article onboarding across marketplace channels (e.g. Zalando, About You, ASOS), ensuring timely activation and data accuracy across all required partner fields.
Manage product data input and flow through the eCommerce landscape and middleware tools connecting PVH to external partners.
Serve as key user for marketplace data governance and quality tools, ensuring all attributes and data points meet partner specifications.
Analyse and validate product data sets, maintaining blueprint definitions and data quality rules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, aligning with content, trade, and platform operations.
Support the Product Launch Manager in resolving data or system issues and testing new feature releases.

Marketplace product launches delivered on time, meeting all partner data and quality requirements.
High product data accuracy and compliance across marketplace systems and middleware.
Reduced data-related errors and improved efficiency through automation or scripting.
Effective collaboration across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth onboarding and activation.
Demonstrated contribution to continuous improvement in marketplace data operations.
Ideal Candidate
1–3 years of experience in product onboarding for marketplace platforms (e.g. Zalando, About You, ASOS).
Strong data management skills (data collection, collation, processing) with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Excel (macros, pivot tables, advanced functions).
Familiarity with marketplace integrator systems (e.g. Tradebyte) and Product Information Management tools.
Experience in eCommerce environments and understanding of product data flows.
Ability to read and analyse CSV files; basic knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Jupyter, SQL) is a plus.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Clear communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple teams.
Collaborative team player, comfortable working in a structured, cross-functional setup.
Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, data management, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Fluency in English is required.
