Title and Summary
Specialist, Product Enablement (Frameworks & Governance)
Overview:
The role holder is accountable for driving initiatives for unlocking growth for the CNPF global business lines. This includes developing and implementing globalized frameworks and practices for the three business lines, verticals and their regional partners to help the teams move faster and more effectively. Main responsibilities cover product and program management frameworks, product development pipeline and process improvements underpinned by business insights and analytics.
Role: • Support new product innovation and investments allocation through:• Program governance including program scorecard design/tracking & co-founder support• Investment optimization & management • Studio/Foundry/Startpath engagement, governance & compliance. • Bring CNPF input to Global process and framework to drive improvements• Ensure adoption of Studio across Product teams - providing process guidance to the teams as needed• Own and update CNPF studio time-line inventory, lessons learned, post-mortem analysis, etc.• Catalog data integrity, governance and compliance
All About You • Experience supporting standardized program frameworks and governance processes• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn insights into simple, actionable steps• Exposure to commercial solutions (e.g., PJ solutions, fleet, travel, transfer solutions)• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English, with confidence to interact with global stakeholders• Collaborative, organized, and proactive profile - comfortable following up, building relationships, and engaging with multiple teams• Availability to work onsite in the São Paulo office 3x per week
