JOB DESCRIPTION:

Procurement specialist 1년 6개월 계약직

1. 소싱 전략 수행

- 각 자재 카테고리별 소싱 전략 수립 및 수행

- 신제품개발에 필요한 신규 자재/공급업체 소싱

2. 공급업체 선정 및 관리

- RFx절차 진행을 통한 경쟁력 있는 공급업체 소싱

- 공급단가 협상

- 공급계약서 작성 및 관리

- 공급업체 실적 분석을 통한 평가

3. 데이터 분석

- 공급업체 견적단가 분석 (TCO, Cost breakdown)

- 자재 카테고리별 Cost structure 분석

- 구매데이터 관리

4. 유관부서와 협업

- 글로벌팀 요청사항 대응 (Sustainability 활동, Supplier Due diligence, PFAS 조사 등)

- 한국사이트내 발생한 품질, 공급이슈 서포트

1. Sourcing strategy Execution

 Create sourcing strategy and ensure execution of strategies in the site

 Support new material/supplier sourcing for New Product Development

2. Supplier Management and selection

 Develop and execute competitive bidding processes (e.g. RFPs, RFIs, …..)

 Develop and negotiate contracts, statement of works and standard operating procedures aligning with Procurement policies and division requirements.

3. Analysis and Documentation

 Perform value analysis on costs and supplier quotes.

 Develop comprehensive category knowledge.

 Participates in data tracking, analysis, recommendation/business case development, and reporting to include scorecard, market and supplier assessments, and etc

4. Collaboration with stakeholders

 Support with Global initiative activities (Sustainability, Supplier Due diligence, PFAS etc.)

 Support and resolves quality, supply, or any other issues in close collaboration with local, regional stakeholders
