Job Description
We’re looking for a highly motivated Procurement Specialist. The ideal candidate will manage the procurement process, ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services that align with organizational needs while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness. The role is based in Thailand and reports to the Head of Finance, Thailand.
Key Responsibilities:

Conducting market research to source for potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.

Negotiating contracts and preparing reports (e.g. on orders and costs).

Developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize purchasing activities.

Preparing Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Quotations (RFQs).

Reviewing deliveries against the orders.
-
Dealing with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.

Analyzing spending patterns, identifying cost-saving opportunities and determining the most profitable offers.

Ensuring compliance with purchasing policy and legal requirements.
Qualifications
What you bring to the table:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement construction, IT system, goods and services, or supply chain management.

Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Access).

Good knowledge of distribution management
-
Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
