Develop and analyze customer contract and pricing requests including product additions, price reductions, and right of first refusals.
Review bids, contract renewals, and customer requests to ensure company profitability and maintain market pricing.
Assist in the analysis and execution of customer terms and amendments. Create customer offer letters and coordinate with legal as needed.
Prepare and review customer opportunities for approval and coordinate with supply chain and cross functionally as needed.
Analyze historical sales trends, IQVIA prescription trends, market intelligence, and other pertinent information to recommend changes to customer pricing, pricing models, and bid lists.
Assist in upcoming new product launch preparation activities.
Attend and participate in meetings as requested.
Analyze product awards and offers to recommend strategic pricing changes.
Develop, review, and analyze customer rebate structures and track performance.
Communicate pricing developments to appropriate functional areas as required.
Communicate with Finance, Government Reporting, Sales, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Marketing on pricing and usage models and analysis for forecast and accrual coordination.
Administer pricing activities in accordance with the Pricing Committee.
Implement pricing activities in the various systems timely and accurately.
Coordinate product and customer reporting and analysis with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Relations and Leadership.
Assist in the preparation of product and customer reporting and analysis within Pricing & Contracts and cross-functionally throughout the organization as needed.
Perform special projects as assigned per leadership’s request.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 0-2 years of experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
Must possess strong knowledge of sales, marketing, finance, economics, and accounting preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Successful candidate must possess excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; the ability to present analysis in a clear, concise manner; be a strong team player; possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships; have the ability to work independently, take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines; demonstrate the initiative to work with others to advance knowledge and a willingness and ability, to learn new things, to take on new tasks and responsibilities; have strong computer application skills especially Microsoft Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint; must be able to protect confidential and sensitive information.
Ability to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents. Ability to write comprehensive reports and detailed business correspondence. Ability to work with managers or directors and communicate ambiguous concepts. Ability to present to groups across the organization.
Ability to perform computations such as percentages, ratios, and rates.
Ability to solve problems with a variety of concrete variables through semi-standardized solutions that require some ingenuity and analysis. Ability to draw inferences and follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve moderately complex problems.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is: $41,000 - $93,000.
