What you’ll do

• Advanced skills in Power BI/Tableau for creating interactive dashboards, reports and visualizations. Knowledge of DAX, Power Query and data modeling is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R and SQL for data manipulation, analysis and model development.
• Hands-on experience working with Snowflake including data modeling, querying and ETL processes.
• Lead data exploration, analysis and feature engineering efforts to identify trends, patterns and insights. Build and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics and business optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel VBA and automation.
• Apply advanced algorithms such as supervised and unsupervised learning, natural language processing (NLP), deep learning and time series forecasting.
• Mentor junior data analysts on best practices, methodologies and tools.
• Strong skills in cleaning, processing and transforming large datasets from structured and unstructured sources.
• Create clear, actionable visualizations and reports. Effectively communicate complex data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Expertise in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, A/B testing and advanced analytics. Ability to apply statistical methods to solve real-world business problems.
• Lead projects and act as point of contact for multiple sites/customers.
• Strong collaboration with Pune & onsite planning team on day-to-day basis to meet/exceed business expectations.
• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in data science and machine learning. Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in the organization’s data science approach.
• Understanding and Hands on experience of project management methodology
• Continuous Improvement through use of Lean Methodology.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or a related field with Minimum of 8–10 -years’ experience.
• Proficiency in MS office.
• Project management experience.
• Highly motivated individual with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
