In your regional role you drive the Performance Marketing and E-Commerce implementation/enhancement within the region. Further you act as the regional key user for performance marketing/e-commerce for the region throughout our group-wide business transformation and beyond.

Tasks and Qualifications:Your tasks & responsibilties:
- Active communication with local Marketing team members within the region to understand Performance Marketing and E-Commerce implementation status and align enhancement actions within the region
- Role confirmation, enrolment, onboarding on Performance Marketing topics, periodical train the local end-users
- Participate into the PM/E-Commerce Train-the-Trainer sessions
- Dealing with the PM/E-Commerce incidents process, solving the tickets or managing the escalation process
- Regional single point of contact for the respective updates, active SME role into the related project teams, participate in the UAT test and support the PM/E-Commerce projects roll-in within the region
- Coordinate the respective change requests process within the region, in alignment with the Key User community
- Coordinate Marketing database cleansing and maintenance, propose and execute marketing campaigns in a direct collaboration with the local Marketing responsible
- Prepare specific PM/E-commerce reports
Your profile:Education
- University/business school degree (IT, economy, business administration, engineering)
Language proficiency
- Excellent command of English language crucial
- Every other language preferred (German, French, Slavic, or other languages spoken in EMEA)
Required abilities
- Excellent communication and lateral leadership skills
- Joy in developing the Performance Marketing and E-Commerce capabilities (Processes/Tools/Organization) of a hybrid network (subsidiaries/dealer)
- Good knowledge of Performance Marketing (Marketo) and E-Commerce (SAP commerce cloud) software in a B2B context, ERP/CRM/MS Office understanding
- Ability to describe and improve business processes
- Ability to work in a complex and diverse environment with numerous stakeholders
- In depth knowledge of the business processes and procedures currently being used globally
- Skilled in problem solving with the local Key User and IT and analyzing business information
- Cultural awareness ability to adapt to country specificities
- Ability to handle complex situations and various information sources at the same time
- Willingness to travel (> 50%)
