We’ll be looking to you to play a pivotal role in delivering a portion of the payroll product to our customers in Argentina region.

Role Responsibilities

• Implements standardize procedures providing payroll and administrative support.
• includes responding to inquiries from and providing information to employees, supervisors, and key business partners across the region.
• Accountable for data entry in Workday.
• Multi-tasker with the ability to meet all deadlines, providing timely and accurate payments.
• Assist with special projects as they arise and play an active role in initiating and implementing process improvements

Role Requirements

• At least 2 years of overall Payroll experience, analytical mindset, and a proven track record of internal and external stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• English written and spoken proficiency is required.
• Proficient in MS Office programs, and analysis of payroll calculations to ensure tax and audit compliance.
