- Process trades, corporate actions, and cash/stock transactions accurately and within established service level agreements
- Verify entitlements and corporate action details with custodian banks to ensure proper execution and settlement
- Monitor and resolve reconciliation breaks, trade exceptions, and operational discrepancies in a timely manner
- Collaborate with fund managers, custodians, proxy vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operational support
- Submit and validate client instructions while ensuring acceptance and execution by custodian banks
