We are looking for a dedicated Change Management Profile Engineers to handle MV RAN Change management configuration and implementation activities. The candidate will be responsible for network configuration activities, parameter management, implementation support, and ensuring smooth execution across 2G, 4G, and 5G technologies.
Responsibilities- Prepare, validate, and execute network configuration scripts for changes, upgrades, and feature activations.
- Execute planned network activities and implementations with minimal service impact and adherence to guidelines.
- Configure 2G/4G/5G network parameters based on project and operational requirements.
- Analyze pre- and post-implementation KPIs to assess impact and support performance optimization.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network issues during and after implementation using OSS/ENM/MOSHELL tools.
- Coordinate with operations, optimization, field, and customer teams for planning, approvals, and issue resolution.
- Maintain configuration databases, documentation, and activity reports, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Follow change management, quality processes, and audit practices, including health checks and compliance activities.
You Have:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in or related field with 10+ years of experience in Network Performance Optimization and Configuration Management.
- Knowledge of multi-RAT technologies (4G & 5G) with hands-on experience in Ericsson environments.
- Understanding of telecom network architecture, parameters, and feature implementation processes.
- Experience in network configuration, scripting, and change management practices.
- Ability in analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ENM, MOSHELL, OSS tools, and basic scripting.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Knowledge of 2G/LTE/NR parameters, feature implementation, and KPI impact analysis.
- Good understanding of Managed Services Processes. Good experience in delivering managed services projects for a multi-vendor environment.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field
- Experience in Network Performance Optimization
- Expertise in radio optimization for Nokia/Samsung 5G/4G Networks
- Experience in OEM-specific tools, including Nokia SRAN BTS and NetAct
- Experience in at least two RATs (5G & 4G) per OEM
- Experience in data visualization & reporting tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI)
