Job Description
-
Act as the main POC with the local sales teams to plan and secure all the needed requirements to prepare the planned campaigns.

Handling the planning, preparation, and publishing of the communication of the tactical campaigns of the listed accounts on the Talabat network in a timely manner, while ensuring they’re given the right amount and optimized exposure.

Documenting all campaign communication with screenshots, reports, and financial docs on the marketing shared folder.

Reporting & analyzing campaign performance with observations and next steps to the direct manager right after campaign completion

Managing corporate and non-corporate partnerships that scale growth from proposal construction, sealing the deal, and communication execution & reporting.

Submit CRM briefs and request and track publishing and performance.

Set up CRM flows as per the direct manager’s guidance

Create performance marketing campaigns to push vendor growth & track performance.

Creates competitive reports and is on top of the competitive scene.

Social Media:
-
Organizing the monthly calendar (one month ahead) in alignment with the marketing manager to ensure that the communication is aligned with the brand direction.

Ensure daily posting is secured and previously approved by the marketing manager.

Align with the marketing manager on the influencers' communication plan and direction for 1 month.

Flag new trends on Social Media and propose content ideas to keep up with the latest digital trends.

Payments:

Report campaign costs & all financial requirements
-
Responsible for double-checking the reported costs by the sales team and recording them on the expense sheets with all the finance supporting documents.

Responsible for documenting invoices, PQs, and all financial documents received by suppliers, partners, and restaurants.
Qualifications
-
Arabic speakers only.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any other related field

2-4 years of general marketing experience, preferably in the local market
