We are looking for a highly talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Senior Graphic Designer at Mrsool, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design process, managing a team of designers, and creating visually stunning designs that elevate our brand and engage our audience.
Responsibilities
What You Will Do💡
- Responsible for day-to-day delivery operations.
- Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Identify ways to improve customer experiences.
- Interact with couriers in answering questions and resolving issues.
- Daily live tracking of couriers to maintain sufficient service to the clients.
- Troubleshoot and investigate fraud and troubled orders.
- Monitor, anticipate, and manage the live operation to ensure a great user experience.
- Identify ways to improve Couriers' experiences.
- Lead the communication with the fleet for ongoing orders.
- Ensure a smooth operation by coordinating communication with Customers, vendors , and other internal support teams.
Requirements
What Are We Looking For❓
- Experience in operations or logistics.
- Good with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication skills.
- Can manage time and tasks well.

- Working Hours: 5 days a week, 9 hours day including 1 hour lunch break.
