Job Details
The exciting transformation journey of Cencora is continuing. As a true specialist in knowledge capture and management, you will play a key role in making it a smooth and efficient success.
Your responsibilities

  • Create and edit content by working with various teams to develop, organize, and refine documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Manage documentation by gathering relevant information from subject matter experts to accurately capture processes, products, and services.
  • Oversee content organization within a content management system or enablement platform, ensuring materials are structured, up to date, and easily accessible.
  • Maintain governance by implementing best practices for content organization, version control, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Leverage document management software to collect, review, and transfer documentation, maintaining rigorous accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Coordinate scheduling and communications by maintaining an internal calendar (and external as applicable), sending notifications, tracking key updates, and collaborating with various departments to support new hire onboarding and training initiatives.
  • Track user engagement within content platforms and develop strategies to improve adoption and accessibility.
  • Review and update content regularly to ensure relevance, accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Implement robust document control practices, ensuring traceability, systematic revision management, and quality assurance at all levels.
  • Support training and teams by providing well-organized resources, process documentation, and structured knowledge management.

Education/Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education, training and experience.


Experience

  • Solid experience in Process Documentation as well as technical writing or business analysis, preferably in a Global Business Center environment.
  • Familiarity with KPI development and an understanding of high standards.
  • Experience with documentation management systems and AI-based search platforms is a plus, as is Experience working with development teams and creating design solutions for large organizations.


Skills and competencies

  • Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly learn business topics and analyze, structure, and document complex business processes.
  • Demonstrable fluency with web design or equivalent design tool, process flows/workflow tools , Visio etc.
  • Skill in creating standardized formats and terminologies and ability to convey complex information simply
  • Ethical Conduct
  • Strong customer-centric approach, proactive problem-solving, understanding, and addressing customer needs.
  • Ability to understand different perspectives, enable collaborative solutions, and maintain professional integrity during complex negotiations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles.
  • Strong collaborative skills and comfort in a loosely structured organization
