Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Intern to join our Project & Development Services (PDS) team. You will help drive innovation by exploring and applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to digitize and streamline multiple business processes. This role will involve prototyping applications that improve operational efficiency and user experience, using both traditional coding (Python, SQL) and low code/no code platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, evaluate, and propose AI-based solutions for process digitization within PDS.

• Develop and prototype small-scale apps or automation tools using Python, SQL, and low code/no code platforms (e.g., Power Apps, Mendix, AppSheet).

• Collaborate with PDS stakeholders to understand process pain points and convert them into technical requirements.

• Assist with data extraction, cleaning, and analysis to support automation and digital solutions.

• Document solutions, prototypes, and processes for ongoing knowledge sharing and future development.

• Participate in team meetings, agile sprints, and project discussions.

• Stay current with emerging trends in AI, automation, and digital transformation relevant to real estate and project management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

• Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, or basic app development.

• Practical knowledge of SQL for data analysis and database management.

• Hands-on experience or strong interest in low code/no code app development platforms.

• Familiarity with AI concepts, libraries (such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or similar), and practical applications.

• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and propose creative solutions.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

• Analytical mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
