Where You’ll Make a Difference:
- Demonstrate strong understanding of Accounting principles, with specific focus on Intercompany Trade and Services at Trading Partner Pair level.
- Reconcile all intercompany transactions monthly and perform cross‑validation to identify and resolve missing or unmatched trading partners.
- Perform detailed Intercompany reconciliations at Pair level for AR/AP, Loans, Interest, Commission, Royalty, and Miscellaneous balances.
- Confirm balances against closing schedules with respective accounting teams and ensure timely accruals for unreconciled transactions.
- Run Pre‑check Mismatch reports on a regular basis to proactively identify variances and ensure completeness before Month‑End Close.
- Extract Consolidation reports from WD5 and investigate high imbalances for consolidation and elimination purposes.
- Prepare Top‑side Journal Vouchers to address significant imbalances identified during MEC chase reconciliations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation to enhance efficiency and control.
- Support Internal and External Audits by providing required documentation and perform accounting clerical duties with increasing application of bookkeeping and accounting techniques.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Holds a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce or management, or is CA Inter / CMA Inter qualified from a recognized institution.
- Brings 2–7 years of relevant experience in Record‑to‑Report (R2R) Intercompany Accounting.
- Possesses working knowledge of enterprise resource planning and reporting tools such as SAP S/4HANA, EPM, Analysis for Office (AO), ICMR, or similar systems.
- Demonstrates strong proficiency in MS Excel for reconciliation, analysis, and reporting activities.
- Communicates effectively with stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication.
