To support our inbound team, we are searching for a Specialist (m/f/d) to be based in our warehouse in Leipzig.

• Analysis, documentation, and resolution of clarification cases that may arise during the inbound process

• Contribution to the continuous improvement of workflows and quality standards

• Verification of delivery documents and invoices, creation of system-based goods receipts

• Monitoring, analysis, and escalation of deviations in key performance indicators within the assigned area

• Communication with internal and external partners (Purchasing, Finance, freight forwarders)

• Preparation, facilitation, and follow-up of meetings

• Supervision of smaller support teams

• Solid professional experience in logistics, or alternatively a completed apprenticeship / university degree, ideally with a focus on logistics

• Initial experience in team leadership is a strong plus

• Experience in project work is considered an advantage

• Strong communication skills (written and spoken) in both German and English

• Assertive and communicative personality equipped with diplomatic skills

• Independent, structured, and reliable working style with excellent organizational abilities

• Confident handling of tools such as Jira (ticket & task management), ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• Sound knowledge of customs procedures and export processing

• Willingness to work in shifts (early and late shifts) as well as on Saturdays

Zur Unterstützung unseres teams suchen wir einen Specialist (m/w/d) für unser Logistikzentrum in Leipzig.

• Analyse, Dokumentation und Lösung von Klärfällen die im Verlauf es Inboundprozesses auftreten können

• Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Arbeitsabläufen und Qualitätsstandards

• Kontrolle von Lieferdokumenten und Rechnungen, Erstellung von systemischen Wareneingängen

• Kontrolle, Analyse und Eskalation bei Abweichungen von Kennzahlen des zugeordneten Bereiches

• Kommunikation mit internen und externen Partnern (Einkauf, Finance, Spediteure)

• Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Meetings

• Steuerung kleinerer Supportteams

• Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik oder alternativ eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung bzw. ein Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Logistik

• Erste fachliche Führungserfahrung ist ein großes Plus

• Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit ist von Vorteil

• Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Durchsetzungsstärke, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und diplomatisches Geschick

• Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationsgeschick

• Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Tools: Jira (Ticket- & Aufgabenmanagement), ERP-Systeme (z. B. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) und Microsoft Office (insb. Excel)

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Zollbearbeitung und Exportabwicklung

• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh- und Spätschicht) sowie zur Samstagsarbeit
