SCOPE OF ROLE:
The role will be accountable/responsible for:
Manages governance on contractual compliance controls, executing extensive audits per respective locations (as contractually required by client) Provides incident management support and ensure compliance with client requirements
Manages incidents, drives prevention activities, and conducts ongoing vulnerability assessments
Hosts and manages Client audits and post audit remediation Respective region Risk and Compliance Client liaison
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Company and Client Contractual Governance, implement account contractual requirements, and manage governance at new and existing locations
- Experience in managing security, risk and compliance is desired Implement and manage Proactive Fraud Risk Compliance initiatives, identify and mitigate potential risks, and oversee incident management processes.
- Lead external audits, ensure compliance with Concentrix’ and Clients’ Code of Conduct, and coordinate audits
- Provide data analysis and reporting, address customer queries, and identify process enhancements to drive continuous improvement
- Lead training initiatives on client standards and contractual requirements to promote a culture of compliance.
- Maintain and archive documentation and work with Delivery Centre
- Management to uphold security and compliance standards.
Conduct monthly reviews with leadership on contract-related items and governance activities to foster transparency and accountability
Prepare dashboards and compliance reports for leadership
Support governance structures and ensure alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
- Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided
- Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with direct manager and/or direct reports.
Must-Have Skills:
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience
- Expertise in fraud management and compliance initiatives
- Strong understanding of operational and contractual compliance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint/OneDrive
- Strong personal skills and knowledge of business controls and financial management
- Strong understanding / experience of Information security / Cyber Security / Business Resilience/ Disaster Recovery/ Crisis Management space and its impact on businesses.
- Experience in managing security, risk and compliance is desired nice to have
- Demonstrate the ability to easily adapt to new assignments, processes, methods, and tools.
- Strong background in fraud management, showcasing effective strategies and solutions.
- Familiarity with client software and tools, ensuring efficient use and integration into daily operations.

- Experience in managing security, risk and compliance
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external standards (ISO 27001, ISO 22301, PCI DSS, TISAX)
- Experience working with external auditing firms on industry certifications (ISO 27001, ISO 22301, PCI DSS, TISAX)
- Coordinate external audits, manage evidence collection, and track remediation of findings
- Prepare dashboards and compliance reports for leadership
- Support governance structures and ensure alignment with business and regulatory requirements
- Work with Legal and data privacy teams to translate regulatory requirements into security controls
- Review and align data governance, compliance and risk policies and procedures with relevant frameworks
- Complete all assigned mandatory training within provided timeframes
- Conduct or participate in regular 1:1 meetings with manager and/or direct reports
