The Specialist I, Client Services is responsible for providing complex solutions support to Clients utilizing a broad product and technical skillset.

Summary:

The Deployment Specialist participates in all stages of the implementation lifecycle for exports (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post-go-live support) to review technical readiness in the customer's environment, under the direction of the Project Manager, and may lead one or more activities. Project responsibilities include; gathering customer requirements, configuring the technical components of the NextGen solution, ensuring infrastructure readiness meets specifications, setting and managing customer expectations regarding the technology and how it will reside in the production environment, knowledge transfer to the customer System administrators and IT staff, troubleshooting issues throughout the implementation cycle and identifying risks and communicating issues to the Project Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Document and validate customers’ requirements and map to NextGen functionality.
  • Creating a system blueprint and dataflow diagram for each project
  • Conduct consulting sessions (on the phone and in-person) to ensure technical readiness of the solution for production
  • Attend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables.
  • Ensure infrastructure meets technical specifications and best practices
  • Be a "go-to" resource for specific functional areas for both internal and external users
  • SQL scripting to meet customer needs
  • Document best practices and share with the Practice
  • Contribute to internal knowledge share; review posted feedback on a continuous basis, and respond to questions
  • Complete new release training on a timely basis; be fully versed on new and/or enhanced functionality in each product release

Education Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree Or any combination of education and experience would provide the required qualifications for the position.

Experience

Required:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Healthcare IT
  • 1-3 years of experience with MS-SQL (T-SQL, MS SQL Server, Query Analyzer, writing stored procedures, and troubleshooting T-SQL code)
  • 1-3 years of experience in Linux

     

Desired Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Industry certification in Networking, SQL, etc.
  • Experience in SaaS / Cloud computing environment.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare terminologies
  • Work in evening shifts as per client time zone requirements.
  • Ability to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage priorities.
  • Good communication, and collaboration skills.

Work Environment:

  • Willing to work in US shifts
  • Flexible with shifts and rotation
