In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Identify, validate, and log customer disputes to initiate resolution and escalation.
  • Perform initial investigation and communicate findings with the proper owners or resolvers.
  • Monitor and ensure immediate resolution of disputes. Utilize reports to follow up on disputes.

  • Promptly request for credit memos upon validation of the claim. Clear the deduction in the AR Ledger once credit is issued.

  • Generate monthly deduction reports, analyze trends in deductions by customer or product line, and present findings to management to drive process improvements

You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You are proactive and highly innovative in approaching problem-solving efficiently. You can proficiently communicate ideas and influence both internal and external customers. You're interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level.


For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any finance field. 

  • With at least 1 year experience in Customer Service or BPO related fields
  • Very good English written and oral communication skills, as all written and phone communication will be in English
  • Amenable to a night shift schedule
