We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Specialist, HR Operations to join our People Org team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting global HR operations by managing HR systems, maintaining accurate data, and providing analytical insights that drive informed decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient processes, data integrity, and compliance with global standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • HRIS Management: Maintain and administer our HRIS platform, ensuring data accuracy through all the employee lifecycle, consistency, and proper system functionality.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Collect, validate, and analyze HR data to provide meaningful reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify gaps in current HR operational processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Actively participate in the improvement of service and processes (simplifivcation, standardization, automation)
  • Global HR Operations Support:
  • Assist with the execution of global HR programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company policies and compliance requirements.
  • Provide support by processing employees’ requests in our HR ticketing system, be the support contact for all employee queries and ensure timely and relevant responses and ensure operations according to defined KPIs and SLAs
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to support projects, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices.
  • Documentation:
  • Execute continuous and accurate data maintenance and administrative activities in support of HR business processes (including payroll, offer and contract management, on-boarding, contractual changes, reporting and analytics)
  • Maintain process documentation and support the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Any further responsibilities as assigned by the manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Analytical and data management skills, with experience in reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across regions and functions.
  • Fluent in English including reading, writing, presenting.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Global HR Operations or supporting multiple regions.
  • Experience in managing HRIS systems (e.g., HiBob, Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.).
  • Knowledge of international employment practices and compliance considerations.
  • Familiarity with HR metrics and KPIs.
