Hunt and close new enterprise accounts for Form, managing the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and discovery to demos, negotiation, and closing. Build and maintain a robust pipeline in Salesforce, collaborate with pre-sales, product, and customer success, engage C-suite stakeholders, and consistently exceed quota.

Manage a portfolio of consumer goods, F&B, and retail customers to drive adoption of the GoSpotCheck platform. Lead onboarding, training, strategic planning, and Executive Business Reviews. Use data, SQL, and advanced Excel to surface recommendations, track health scores and retention metrics, and identify expansion opportunities. Build executive relationships and demonstrate ROI while coordinating cross-functional support.

Manage and validate product and image databases to support image recognition. Produce reports from large Excel datasets, perform continuous quality checks, support project delivery and client inquiries, maintain correct product configurations, and act as first contact for recognition-related back-office coordination.

Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and release workflows to ensure reliable, scalable releases. Test across distributed, service-oriented systems (unit, integration, E2E, load), validate gRPC/REST APIs, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor teams on testing and release best practices.

Provide global data protection and privacy advice across US, EU and UK laws. Draft and review privacy notices, DPAs, SCCs, compliance documentation, conduct DPIAs and risk assessments, support data subject requests and breach response, and work with product and vendor teams to embed privacy-by-design.

Configure and customize form and workflow solutions, build data mappings, support UAT and training, document configurations, track implementation progress, communicate status with project teams, and meet SLAs while supporting remote, global customers.
