The Specialist, HR/People Support Operations plays an integral role in supporting our Armenia office, ensuring complete and accurate employee files are maintained and supports a thoughtful and effective employee experience. The role is both administrative and operational, and will be responsible for both actioning operations tasks, as well as ensuring data integrity across our systems to support ServiceTitan as we continue to grow.
What you'll do:

Manage HR Ops’ support channels and transact data changes or respond to questions and requests that are submitted

Regularly audit HR Systems (internal and external) to ensure data integrity, accuracy and consistency

Prepare and distribute new hire paperwork and ensure timely completion and manage custody and handoff of all new hire documents to ServiceTitan’s external compliance partner

Ensure new hires are set up in Workday and other relevant systems with data accurately completed and filled out

Conduct regular audits of HR data to identify and correct discrepancies across systems

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HRBP support, assisting employees with HR Ops related questions

Oversee the management of employee annexes and orders ensuring all necessary documentation is completed, accurate and filed accordingly

Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on routine and new program rollouts and process changes, and assist with communication and adoption training
What you'll bring:

High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skills are required

Proven ability to effectively manage a large workload that has multiple, conflicting priorities

Strong analytical and data validation skills, experience with reporting and data analysis

Must have strong Excel/Sheets skills

Ability to prioritize daily issues, tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday is an asset)

Sound knowledge of Armenian Labor Code

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

2-4 years of experience in an HR admin or coordinator role

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
