The GTM (go-to-market) Tools and Technology team is a highly experienced group that is focused on the effective implementation and deployment of key applications in support D&B’s go-to-market motions.
This group closely collaborates with the Sales Team, Technology Team, Finance/Compensation and Marketing Teams to help ensure seamless business operations, which enables teams to meet their objectives.
We are seeking a The Specialist, GTM Tools & Technology/Application Manager who would be responsible for managing the D&B instance of SAP Territory and Quota (T&Q).
The Specialist, GTM Tools & Technology/Application Manager is focused on the management and optimization of SAP T&Q and controls territory management within the Sales organization.
The Specialist, GTM Tools & Technology/Application Manager will serve as the subject matter expert and the primary point of contact, ensuring the accurate configuration, maintenance, and reporting of territories and related data.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for SAP T&Q and territory management at D&B; develop a deep understanding of GTM strategy and provides guidance on territory strategy.
- Design, implement, and maintain territory structures in SAP T&Q. Ensure that territory alignments are accurate and up to date.
- Train sales and operations teams on the SAP tools, reports, and processes related to territory and quota management.
- Regularly engage with Sales and Sales Operations to adjust territories and account ownership based on business needs and organizational goals.
- Conducts regular audits of the SAP database, ensuring accounts, positions and subscribers are all up to date, working with internal stakeholders to maintain data integrity.
- Identify efficiencies, recommend solutions & implement process improvements.
- Ability to interpret and act based on analytics and reporting from systems such as Business Objects, Tableau and Power BI
- Additional duties as assigned.
Additional Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in managing SAP Territory & Quota application or similar enterprise territory management applications.
- 5-7 years of experience in Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Analytics.
- Expert at Express Data Loader (EDL) to drive updates within SAP.
- Experience creating and/or editing to Workflows in SAP.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM.
- Involvement of connecting external systems, ensuring accurate SAP feeds.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivots, tables, and functions).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate and collaborate across teams and to stakeholders at all levels.
- Acute attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in work – understanding the impacts actions have on downstream workflows, processes and stakeholders.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment, supporting multiple areas of the business.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot to change approaches with ease, comfortable working with a nimble team to drive rapid execution and meet evolving business goals.

- Bachelor's Degree - Required
- Master's Degree - Preferred
