We are seeking a Specialist, Grants Administration to join FoundationCCC in its mission of benefiting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges—the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation. What You’ll DoThis position presents an exciting opportunity in support of our grant/funding management projects. WDD partners with state agencies such as the California Department of Rehabilitation and California Department of Social Services to administer and manage funding designed to help scale programs and support workers with barriers to employment across California. This role will provide program implementation guidance and oversight to partners in the field to support the effective administration of program funding. The Specialist will be responsible for administrative work in relation to updating resources for new programs, establishing contracts and subgrants, processing invoices, performing report analysis, and capturing lessons and successes that can be shared internally and externally throughout the California workforce development and education systems.
·Provides oversight for assigned awardees and projects.oMonitors awardee fiscal performance and spend down. Tracks all expenditures, processes invoices, runs and analyzes expenditure reports in Salesforce. ·Leads all program reporting and award management activities for assigned awardee and projects. oPartners with the technical assistance team to identify, capture, and raise effective practices and successes·Tracks project/award data and specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as part of the WDD team quarterly dashboard submission process. Attributes for SuccessStrong project management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and deliver quality products within agreed upon timeframes, with limited supervision.
Experience reviewing and processing invoices, budget modifications, and data reports.
Relevant BA/BS, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both.
Minimum of three to five (3-5) + years of work experience creating SOP’s
Minimum of two (2) + years of experience in an education or nonprofit environment preferred.

Budgeted Annual Salary Pay Range:
$68,000.00 - $72,000.00Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
