• We provide hands-on support to our site teams, ensuring every application is up and running.
• We make sure our sites stay aligned with Global Facilities guidelines-no shortcuts, just quality.
• We review and approve requests for modifications and changes, always seeking for improvement.
• We deliver ongoing training, sharing knowledge and building expertise across our teams.
• We develop and implement Global Process Standards, setting the bar for governance at every site.
• We lead system data integrity with precision and pride.
• We compose insightful reports that enable our organization to make smart, informed decisions!

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technology is required
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Project or Program Management
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with data analytics platforms such as Snowflake, GCP, Tableau, PowerBI
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Microsoft O365
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with modern programming languages and technologies such as Angular, Python, C/C++, or similar is preferred
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Cortex, or equivalent platforms is preferred
