Finance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is a part of Global Finance organization and responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations. Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for:
SPECIALIST FINANCE in Billing Cards Invoicing team
(position is temporary till 30.04.2026)
Main responsibilities:
Take ownership for Billing Cards Invoicing team requirements in the PLC project;
Participate and represent the team in all PLC project related meetings;
Participate and be responsible for user acceptance testing;
To lead online and classroom user trainings;
Take ownership and participate in data migration to the new system;
To provide first line support after system go-live;
Participate in month closing related tasks;
Various manual invoice creation for specific customers.
Main requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics (can be last year student);
Previous experience in accounting;
Good computer skills (MS Office);
General understanding of ERP systems;
Fluent in English (both – oral and written) to communicate with colleagues in Europe;
Very good communication and collaboration skills;
Precise, analytical, organized and stress resistant personality;
Improvement driven and good team player.
