As a Specialist – Finance Accounting, you will provide stable, recurring, and compliant finance and accounting support for the nominated Hellmann legal entity. The role focuses on transactional accounting, period-end closing, banking, billing, tax support, and reporting activities, ensuring continuity, standardization, and reduced operational risk.
You will work closely with local country stakeholders, SSC colleagues, and global finance teams to deliver accurate and timely financial processing in line with Hellmann policies and regulatory requirements. This position is a hands-on operational role, critical to ensuring efficient day-to-day finance operations for the entity.
- Billing, Receivables & Period-End Closing
- Prepare, issue, and dispatch outgoing invoices and support receivables monitoring and overdue collection
- Perform month-end and period-end closing activities, including accrual postings, reversals, and controlling support
- Prepare standard financial reports for internal stakeholders
- Transactional Accounting & Banking Operations
- Execute end-to-end transactional accounting activities, including invoice processing, bank and cash management, transaction postings, transfers, and reconciliations
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant recording of financial transactions in line with company policies

Skills Required
- Experience in transactional accounting (invoice processing, postings, transfers)
- Month-end and period-end closing experience (accruals, reversals)
