Specialist – Fiduciary
We’re seeking for an individual who is ready to work with complex & diverse insurance work. The role is responsible for ensuring seamless accounting of Fiduciary portfolio assigned for either Client / Insurer or Third-Party agents (Commission Agents). Accountable for collection and settlement of premiums/Claims from/to client/Insurer and ensuring resolution of queries if any.
We will count on you to:
•To ensure timely delivery based on the agreed standards on accuracy and productivity
•Focus on Debt collection from clients for premiums/fees and claims from markets.
•Resolution of queries raised by client and Insurers including prompt response to their satisfaction.
•Ensure adherence to policies & procedures as per organization’s standards and laid out SOPs
•Review of Process manual and seek clarity where required.
What you need to have:
•3-6 years of experience in operations in financial services or offshore processing organizations
•Understanding of insurance and/or financial services sectors
•Understanding on Reconciliations, Accounts Payable/Receivable
•Hands on experience on Advanced Excel
•Preferred experienced handlers in Fiduciary process including the ability to read slips, premium calculation, Account management, etc)
•Shift Timing – 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Skills Required
