What You Will DoCoordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
Review and optimize processes, procedures, and tools to enhance efficiency and meet current requirements.
Manage monthly event budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate financial justifications.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure timely reporting to measure event success.
Ensure compliance with country regulations, GDPR, SOX, FCPA, and internal quality policies in all event activities.
Collaborate with Commercial Leaders and Product Managers to conduct regular event reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
Leverage virtual event platforms to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to drive continuous improvement and maximize impact.
Required
Minimum 4 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Public Relations, or related field.
Fluent in Turkish and English (written and spoken).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Working knowledge of GDPR regulations.
Preferred
Experience managing budgets and financial reporting for events.
Familiarity with virtual event platforms and digital event delivery.
