* Manage and maintain client-required documentation for employees and subcontractors.
* Ensure compliance with client, legal, and regulatory documentation requirements.
* Monitor and track document expiration dates, including occupational medical examinations, certifications, and mandatory training records.
* Coordinate employee mobilization activities to support timely access to client sites and projects.
* Submit and maintain records in client compliance and contractor management platforms (e.g., U-Verify, Avetta, RainbowTec).
* Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before submission.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders, employees, vendors, and clients to resolve documentation and compliance issues.
* Support technical teams in meeting client onboarding and site access requirements.
* Generate and maintain compliance reports, dashboards, and tracking tools.
* Identify and escalate compliance risks, documentation gaps, and overdue requirements.
* Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and compliance evidence.
* Develop and maintain documentation procedures, guidelines, and record-keeping standards.
* Ensure compliance with data privacy and information security requirements when handling personal and sensitive information.
* Continuously improve documentation workflows and compliance processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Skills Required
- Experience managing client and subcontractor documentation
