The Role: Specialist, Document Control 

Oversee and administrate globally standardized Quality Management Systems (QMS) documentation at the plant to ensure compliance with Entegris Quality System standards, ISO standards, and customer expectations. This role involves assisting with document lifecycle processes, user support, troubleshooting, and maintaining accurate records across multiple environments. This role is critical for maintaining quality system effectiveness and driving continual improvement across the organization. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Review and approve new quality documentation and changes as Document Control Administrator, ensuring compliance with standards.  

• Monitor and report quality metrics accurately and on time at defined intervals.  

• Track and monitor quality system records, ensuring completeness and closure.  

• Guide and advise users on EtQ Reliance and SAP system usage and general documentation processes when necessary.  

• Support Quality Management Systems related audits  

What We Seek: 

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry working experience. 

• At least 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment or similar business with ISO 9001 or related certification. 

• Experience in document control or similar administrative role. 

• Familiarity with documentation supporting ISO 9001 or related standard compliance. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. 

Outstanding Candidates Will Have: 

• Advanced experience with EtQ Reliance and SAP systems. 

• Proven ability to manage multiple quality notifications and documentation workflows efficiently. 

• Strong analytical skills for monitoring and improving quality metrics. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel (including Pivot Tables), Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting. 

• Ability to train and mentor others on QMS processes. 

• Demonstrated success in driving continual improvement initiatives. 

• Ability to communicate in additional languages relevant to our global sites (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) is an advantage and supports effective collaboration.
