Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our Commercial Operations team. This role is critical in enabling revenue generation by providing high-quality support on non-sales activities, ensuring deal accuracy, and transforming complex data into actionable insights. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of complex pricing models and contract documentation to accelerate the sales cycle. This Specialist will act as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders worldwide, collaborating with sales, account management, and country teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
Lead the creation, review, and management of complex pricing models, quotes, and contract documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness for efficient deal closure.
Collaborate with sales, account management, and cross-functional country teams to resolve bottlenecks, support training initiatives, and continuously improve the commercial process.
Ensure compliance by supporting activities such as due diligence, security questionnaires, and quality assurance documentation.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
Several years of experience in sales support, commercial operations, or global deal management, ideally within a multinational or matrixed organization.
Strong knowledge of complex data interpretation and analysis, with expertise in translating raw data into actionable insights and recommendations for sales performance improvement.
Proven ability to manage high-volume, concurrent tasks with exceptional time management skills while producing highly accurate documentation, adhering to tight deadlines, and multiple Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
