Job Description:

Are you passionate about digital communications, content creation, and building engaging online experiences? Join Sibelco as a Specialist Digital Communications and help shape our global digital presence.

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Specialist Digital Communications to support the development and execution of Sibelco's global digital communications strategy. In this role, you will manage our corporate digital channels, create engaging content, and leverage data-driven insights to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement across multiple platforms.

This position will be filled temporarily from November 2026 until May 2027 to cover a maternity leave.

In the role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing digital communication strategies that enhance Sibelco's brand visibility and stakeholder engagement.

  • Managing the corporate website, including content creation, updates, SEO optimization, and user experience improvements.

  • Overseeing corporate social media channels, creating engaging content, and monitoring audience engagement and performance.

  • Measuring and analyzing digital communication metrics to optimize campaigns and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and continuously improve digital communication initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you have:

  • A hands-on and pragmatic approach, with experience stepping into temporary or project-based assignments and delivering impact from day one with minimal onboarding.

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in digital communications, corporate communications, or digital marketing, preferably within an international environment.

  • Proven experience managing corporate websites, social media platforms, SEO, digital analytics, and content management systems.

  • Strong project management skills, excellent digital copywriting abilities, and experience with website content management platforms (e.g. Kontent.ai), web analytics, and digital communication tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with additional European languages considered an advantage.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital communications, corporate communications, or digital marketing
  • Proven experience managing corporate websites, social media platforms, SEO, digital analytics, and content management systems

  • Strong project management skills
