We’re looking for a motivated and service-minded Customer Operations Specialist to support our Wholesale, Travel Retail and Distributor partners. You’ll join our central Customer Operations team for Europe, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Master Data, Warehouse and Business Analytics to ensure a smooth and reliable order-to-cash experience for your customer base.
What you’ll do
Manage a portfolio of wholesale accounts, ensuring smooth order-to-cash operations.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Master Data and Warehouse teams for on-boarding customers, processing orders, returns and invoices.
Monitor order flow, backlog and deliveries for our customers — coordinating with warehouse to make sure orders ship on time.
Oversee our B2B portal and ERP system (SAP preferred) to process orders, credits/debits and maintain accurate records.
Help generate regular order reports and contribute to continuous improvement projects as needed.
About you
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, French, German and English; another European language is a plus.
3–4 years’ experience in a similar customer operations or order-to-cash role, ideally in a B2B environment.
Detail-oriented, organised, and driven to deliver excellent service.
Skilled in building relationships across teams and regions.
Experience managing orders and backlogs in an ERP system (SAP preferred).
Confident with Excel and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Experience we're looking for
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working across EU countries within a fast moving and dynamic organisation (FMG or retail desirable)
- High standard of education, Experience of working across international cultures
- Strong customer focus and ability to deliver results.

- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders within the business.
- Great a prioritising and planning, with a positive attitude towards challenges and joy in working and communication with different people globally.

- Excellent French, Spanish or German, written and spoken.
- Spanish and/or any other European language considered an advantage.
