SUMMARY
The Credit Application Specialist role is toprovide support to the Credit Risk Analyst team. Responsibilities will include CreditApplication data entry, fraud investigative tactics, collaboration with thesales field and ability to think outside of the box. Maintain customerdatabase, send invoice and statement copies, process correspondence, and handlereturned mail. They will be expected towork directly with the customer, field sales, commercial specialists and A/RSpecialists to provide assistance with requests for information. In addition to other assignedresponsibilities, the Administrative Support will need to be a self-starterwith strong organizational abilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Credit Application data entry, account setup andfraud review
- Support the Credit Risk Analyst teams for anyrequests by field
- Respond to mailedcorrespondence (s) related to the customer account.
- Work inbound telephone calls and incoming mail toproperly set-up customer account. Update address and contact information incomputer system.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven research and investigative capabilities
- Strong English - verbal and written communicationskills
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven customerservice and dispute resolution ability
- Computer skills including MS Word, Excel,PowerPoint, and the use of outside data sources to gather required informationfor analysis and reporting
