As a Courier Operations Specialist, you play a crucial role in the couriers’ journey. You’re the focal point between couriers, customers, and stores, monitor the courier’s movements, and ensure the orders are fulfilled smoothly. Furthermore, you’re responsible for resolving any issues and reporting suspicious behavior.
- Contact our couriers, partners, and customers to solve problems that occur during the order flow
- Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the handling and solving couriers inquiries
- Give the couriers your full attention, allowing them to explain their complaints and work closely with them to find solutions for their concerns
- Collaborate with various departments to solve issues promptly and ensure a smooth order delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar field
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Capability to work under high pressure
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages
- Good typing skills

What We Do
Established in 2015, Mrsool grew rapidly over the past few years, by the time it closed series A in early 2019, the on-demand delivery platform has processed over 1 billion Riyals, serving over 10 million users across all the cities of the Saudi kingdom.
