Work Location - Bangalore
In this role, you'll- Collaborate with teams and subject matter experts on corporate responsibility and public policy topics, identifying risks, benefits, and opportunities for positive impact.
- Support the creation of the annual Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) report aligned with global standards, with training provided as needed.
- Review and refine reports, communication materials, and briefing documents to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and propose solutions based on data and insights.
- Follow established processes while finding ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Brings relevant knowledge or experience in a similar role, with a willingness to learn evolving practices.
- Ability to understand business priorities and connect them to role responsibilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, with guidance when needed.
- Interest in corporate responsibility, sustainability, and governance; familiarity with reporting frameworks is helpful but not required.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with guidance when needed
- Interest in corporate responsibility, sustainability, and governance
- Familiarity with CSR reporting frameworks
- Preferred experience of 7+ years
