Specialist, Content Planning & Copywriting

Your Role: 

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Content Planning & Copywriting Specialist who will be responsible for writing and planning content for various company projects. The role also includes taking on the producer responsibilities during execution, requiring a deep understanding of the target audience and a strong grasp of short video structure and copywriting. The ideal candidate will be able to create compelling and impactful content that elevates our brand image and market influence.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and write video scripts and content based on market demands and target audiences.
• Take on the role of producer during the shooting process and coordinate on-site execution.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, proposing innovative content ideas and strategies.
• Provide creative direction and suggestions to enhance the overall quality and impact of the content.
• Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring an efficient production workflow.
• Maintain clear communication with all team members and stakeholders throughout the production process.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovations in areas such as AI, automotive, and other sectors to continually improve content quality.

Basic qualifications：

• Bachelor’s degree in photography, Fine Arts, or a related field. 
• At least 3 years of experience with a solid background in short video planning and content production.
• Expertise in scriptwriting and creative concept development, with strong experience in advertising or directing.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail, ensuring the success of each project.
• Strong creative thinking and planning abilities, with the capability to propose innovative and engaging short video concepts.

Preferred qualifications：

• Bilingual (Chinese and English) copywriting skills, with fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English is highly desired.
• Familiarity with content creation for short video platforms such as Douyin, TikTok, Instagram, etc., is preferred.
• Experience managing accounts with millions of followers is a plus.

Annual Salary Range:

($75K - $85K DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
