What You’ll Do
Analyze and process errata inquiries from submission to resolution, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Apply established criteria to resolve moderately complex content issues and escalate non-routine cases as needed.
Execute source content corrections across multiple platforms, meeting formatting, accessibility, and publishing standards.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to clarify and correct content errors for alignment with learning objectives.
Maintain and monitor the errata log, analyzing trends to inform content development teams.
Provide feedback on workflows and processes to support continuous improvement in content operations.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years of experience in content management, publishing operations, or editorial processes.
Strong organizational and time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach.
Ability to work independently while navigating occasional ambiguity with sound judgment.
Experience with content management systems (e.g., RSuite) and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira) is desirable.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), particularly Canvas, is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.

Expected salary range: $70,000-80,000
All salary ranges are subject to adjustment based on experience, education, and other factors relevant to the position. Additional benefits include eligibility for an annual incentive bonus, a 12% employer contribution to a 401(k) or pension plan, and a comprehensive medical benefits package.
