We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist 2, Client Operations to join our Loans Enablement Platform (LEP) team in Wroclaw, Poland. In this role, you will support a wide range of LEP activities, taking ownership of operational processes, managing exceptions, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality service. You will handle complex cases, contribute to process improvements, and help maintain a strong risk and control environment.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Manage day-to-day operational activities across the LEP, including complex transactions and exceptions.
- Review and process transactions accurately and in line with procedures and controls.
- Investigate and resolve issues, breaks, and client inquiries.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and support service delivery.
- Help ensure compliance with service levels, controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Support incident management, escalations, and root cause analysis.
- Perform controls, reconciliations, and quality checks, escalating risks when needed.
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.
- Assist with operational change initiatives, testing, and new client or process onboarding.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- 2-4 years of experience in operations, financial services, loan servicing, lending operations, or a similar environment.
- Prior experience within the Loans business, including loan servicing, lending operations, or syndicated loan administration, is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex tasks effectively.
- Understanding of operational controls, risk management, and escalation procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and quality.
