We’re seeking an APN Specialist, based in Pune, India office. In this role you will work with dashboards and build reports for the key stakeholders on the performance of the APN Product, including a comprehensive view of the health of the Product by Partner & Country.

Role Responsibilities:

As an APN Specialist, upon identifying an incident, you will escalate it to the respective Internal teams, assist in troubleshooting sessions and collect the root cause analysis report.

You will also be responsible for team inbox management by acting as first point of contact for all requests and enquiries and providing triage of requests to the team Sr. Analysts and other APN internal teams.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related discipline. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient use MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a highly energized and fast-paced environment within a framework of constantly shifting deadlines and deliverables
  • Experience with prioritizing, resource coordination, and bringing simple projects to completion
  • Ability to build relationships throughout all levels of the organization
  • Strong oral and written communication skills (English)
