Role Purpose:
The Specialist - Business Consulting supports the analysis and translation of business requirements into technical specifications. This role collaborates with Engineering and Product teams to develop and implement solutions that meet user needs. The Specialist contributes to project planning and execution, ensuring deliverables align with project timelines and objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from customers.
Contribute to the creation of functional and technical specifications based on requirements.
Support Engineering and Product teams in evaluating and developing cost-effective solutions.
Participate in the creation of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Assist in testing phases and implementation of new features.
Provide support in demonstrating functional enhancements to stakeholders.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Previous experience in a business analyst or IT consulting role, with exposure to airline operations or relevant domains.
Basic understanding of requirements gathering techniques and project management methodologies.
Good analytical skills with the ability to comprehend and document technical requirements.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with airline industry standards and best practices would be beneficial.
