Descrição da vagaThis role is responsible for leveraging strong technical knowledge to ensure the stable operation of the organization’s business by maintaining the different technologies and systems that form the IS Infrastructure.
Additionally, the role is responsible for providing applications support for 6 offices in Brazil, responding quickly to service interruptions and service requests to maintain operations efficiency.
English skills (written/verbal) are mandatory.
Leadership skills/vocation is a good qualification required.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5:30PM
Key components of this role are:
- To execute Regular IS Basic Tasks (KTLO);
- To provide branch / user support and troubleshooting;
- Server room maintenance and administration (including backups);
- Create a community that promotes the sharing of best ideas and practices and be a catalyst in promoting global consistency;
- Automation & Innovation (including PowerShell);
- Procurement, Asset management, and Inventory;
- Audio/visual equipment maintenance and troubleshooting;
- Telecom administration and maintenance;
- Administration of Expeditors Proprietary Applications;
- Administration of 3rd Party Systems;
- Capacity utilization and planning;
- Helpdesk administration;
- Training;
- Disaster recovery & high availability;

- Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN), Including warehouse RF setup and configuration;
