About the role:
TPI is a leading organization in wind energy sector, focused on innovation and sustainable growth. We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented individual to strengthen our finance department.
Your main responsibilities:
• Process Optimization: Analyze and improve current workflows to reduce bottlenecks.
• Operational Control: Control the recording of technicians' working hours and support the finance department in payroll matters. Monitoring compliance with delivery deadlines and service quality standards.
• Performance Reporting: Preparing operational KPIs and dashboards for management.
• Reporting: Preparing financial reports and monitoring budgets.
• Auditing: Supporting external and internal auditing processes.
What are we looking for in you?
• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar. A master’s degree in finance or management will be highly valued.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in similar positions, ideally with mixed experience in administrative management and controller or audit functions.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Navision, Sage, or similar).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, strategic vision and proactivity, critical thinking, and communication skills for negotiating with third parties.
• English: Full professional proficiency
