The Specialist Account plays an important role within Mobile Solutions, working closely with OEM customers and internal teams. This role offers excellent opportunities for learning, growth, and career development within the organization. As part of the Mobile Solutions Sales Team, the Specialist Account collaborates across departments and with external partners, ensuring high-quality service and supporting sustainable business growth.
This position is offered on a fixed-term contract, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role.
Primary Responsibilities:
Contributor to the maintenance of long-term customer relationships with focus on stellar customer experience.
Prepare basic revenue performance analysis (price, margin, cost) and propose price.
Complete Account Specialist tasks with direction from Account Manager/Supervisor.
Receiving and processing customer inquiries in relation to pricing, lead-time, product offering, and complaints through efficient, prompt, and friendly communication.
Lead simple projects, internal and external meetings, follow-up, meet customer’s deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
1 year experience working in a customer facing environment.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good organizational and administration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a mechanical or industrial environment
Proficiency in German
Proficiency in CRM and Oracle
