Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with homechefs. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
  • Ensure homechefs to participate on weekly campaigns, mega campaigns as well as month long product wise deals.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop strategies to expand the business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing, sales, growth) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Educate homechefs on new products and features, driving adoption and utilization.
  • Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges faced by homechefs. Act as a liaison between homechefs and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, including sales metrics, homechefs feedback, and market analysis.
  • Revive inactive homechefs to ongoing partnership by contract negotiation or by solving the issue.

Qualifications

  • The candidate is required to have a BBA degree in any field of study.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in FMCG, e-commerce, key account management, sales.
  • Strong communication skills and an assertive approach to negotiations.
  • Innovative thinking and strategic mindset for effective business development.
  • Results-driven mentality with a focus on business outcomes and strategic planning
