You’ll be at the forefront of achieving essential goals like Customer Service, Quality, Cost Savings, Cash improvements, and compliance. About the Team/Department

Immediate Supervisor: Contract Manufacturing Procurement Operations Manager Europe. This role does not include direct reports.

Responsibilities:

As a Procurement Operations Specialist, you’ll dive into three exciting areas:

Pricing Management:

  • Lead the global pricing process by ensuring timely and accurate updates for our suppliers.
  • Champion internal compliance management, including pricing audits.

Cost Card (CC) Management and Coordination:

  • Own the entire CC process, from consolidating cost details (direct material pricing, labor & burden costs, scrap rates) to creating and validating CCs with contract manufacturers.
  • Keep SAP updated with the latest Finished Goods conditions.
  • Tackle ad hoc project requests (e.g., new products, product line extensions) with ease.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Direct Materials Procurement, Contract Manufacturing Procurement, Finance, Planning, and Engineering) to ensure seamless CC management.
  • Engage with external parties, including contract manufacturers.
  • Ensure CC compliance and reporting.

Product Instruction Handbook (PIH) Coordination:

  • Manage the full PIH coordination process, from receiving internal requests to processing them with the global shared service center, validating document completeness, and securing external approval by contract manufacturers.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Project Management, RD&E and Technical functions, Quality, Supply Planning, and Procurement) to ensure flawless PIH coordination.
  • Communicate with external parties, including contract manufacturers.
  • Ensure PIH compliance and reporting.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
  • Proficiency with Excel and managing large databases.
  • A willingness to learn and operate in an SAP environment.
